Introduction
Whether you are a small company with one or two sales people, or a multi national that has a marketing department that is constantly driving your brand forward, the sales person should always have a connecting role with the Decision Maker. Increasing Brand Value makes it easier for the customer to say the magic word 'yes' when you go to close.
Course Overview
The group will first understand the importance of Brand Value, focusing on how it can assist you in working toward your overall goal. Very often the customer is not aware that the value of your brand is increasing in his overall perception during the decision making process.
Once we have the attendees buy in, we move on to who within your organisation can impact the brand, and to what extent. The workshop then naturally moves toward when and how the sales person can increase brand value during the Sales Process.
The outcome of these areas are established through your team's contributions in clearly focused brainstorming sessions, and will then be put together into an Action Plan to ensure a positive change of behaviour when they get back to the workplace.
