Customer Retention Workshop
Introduction
So many companies nowadays rely purely on their sales people to look after their top customers without really knowing too much about what is happening within these accounts. Is this right? How much do you rely on your customers, especially your top customers? This workshop allows you to appreciate your clients further and ensure you have a long standing relationship with them, and allow you time to bring on other business to further develop your company.
Course Overview
We first work with the group on realising the importance of an existing customer, that you must secure these first before going all out to bring on new business. Revenue leakage is affecting many companies today and the sales force need to see some numbers to realise the impact this is having.
Once we have 'buy in' from the participants, we move forward to understand just how you can improve the relationship with each client, and to what extent you go for which sized customers. All the brainstorming that is completed here really focuses on putting a system or process in place that has high impact but easy to manage.
Many results from this session will be managed by MaxProtect, which is a feature of MaxAutomated. Everybody from the sales person to the manager will be able to test the strength of relationship in key areas for all nominated customers.
Whether using MaxProtect or not, each participant will put an action plan in place to ensure all the required focus is put in to place to avoid losing customers.
