Course Overview

The course will allow attendees to:

Overcome any coaching concerns and create receptivity to coaching
Each participant will understand the importance of coaching and how it fits into their role as a manger. During this session any doubts they may have about the concept and effectiveness of coaching will be addressed.

Build team support for coaching

    Each manager will learn how to:

  • motivate their teams
  • make them keen on receiving coaching
  • understand how coaching will have a positive impact on their overall performance in the workplace, without adopting a Directive approach.

Determine what coaching is needed Every participant will be able to easily assess coaching requirements at any given time through analysing simple data.

Prioritize the most impactful activities and measurements
The participants will establish a structure to ensure that all Activities arising from a coaching session are placed in order of merit, and measured to ensure they are completed

Help salespeople plan their actions and goals The managers will learn coaching skills to ensure that sales staff are maximizing their daily activities and continually drive additional revenue
