First Impression Workshop
Introduction
It's a fact, it takes just a quick glance, maybe three seconds, for someone to evaluate you when you meet for the first time. In this short time the other person forms an opinion about you based on your appearance, your body language, your demeanour, your mannerisms, and how you are dressed.
Although a positive 'First Impression' really only gets you to the next step of the sales process, a negative initial reflection on your sales people could spell the end of the opportunity, or at least ensure they will have a very, very steep hill to climb.
Course Overview
This workshop focuses on ensuring the participants really understands the impact of how the 'First Impression' can affect the Sale. They are made to think that such a small amount of effort can ensure they are still on course to win the business.
The sales team then move on to establish exactly what creates a first impression, and the basic key areas on how to improve it. They develop the approach their company should take in presenting the image and brand and ensure that it is held in the highest regard.
The session ends with an action plan and commitment from all the attendees on how they will ensure that their First Impression is remembered for all the right reasons.
