Follow Up After the Proposal
Introduction
How many sales people are guilty of sitting back and waiting for results once they have submitted the proposal to a potential customer? Probably over 90%. Its one of those incredible areas that is often forgotten about as the individual believes their job is done. However, once the proposal is submitted the Decision Makers begin to take everything in to consideration and any continued communication could be extremely effective in assisting you get the go ahead over your competition.
Course Overview
In the initial stages of this workshop the group buy into just how important it is not to relax once the proposal is with the customer. In fact, they will realise it will be time to put a battle plan together.
All participants will then brainstorm ways to continually persuade the customer, or at least keep your offering front of mind, without becoming a nuisance. They will work in groups to become as creative as possible considering the various activities and subjects they could use.
Finally they will put together an easy to follow plan that can be varied slightly if necessary, to maximise results with all future prospects to generate additional revenue.
