MaxElerator Sales Improvement Workshops

Introduction

FThe MaxElerator Sales Improvement Programme is designed to change the way that sales people go about the business of selling. Building on a clearly defined and understood sales process, great results are driven by sales people who understand what they need to do to increase sales and how to use the MaxSale tools and techniques that make them more productive and successful.

Course Overview

The course is made up of 3 two hour workshop that build on each other ensuring that learning is clear and the impact of what is learned is understood.

Attendees will initially look at the keys to successful selling and the importance of planning their activities. They will then be introduced to their new opportunity management software and shown how to significantly improve their results, with no more than 5 minutes spent entering information each day.

Finally, the group will learn how to maximise their performance using simple sales strategies and the MaxAutomated software. They will produce an individual plan that they can easily execute and follow back in the workplace.
