Course Overview

This course is designed to help salespeople improve their skills AND to look at the psychology behind the simple process of identifying, and arranging to meet, the correct decision maker. Attendees will leave the workshop with a significantly increased likelihood of always getting in front of the true Decision Maker.

The Workshop begins by providing the team with a clear understanding of how important it is to identify the Decision Maker and developing strategies for getting in front of them. Every participant will understand clearly the importance of meeting the RIGHT person if they are going to progress and have any chance of winning the opportunity.

One key activity is for all attendees to create their own 20 second 'Elevator Statement' that will help improve their chances of convincing Decision Maker's to meet with them.
