Sales Process Workshop
Introduction
First of all let's clarify what is a Sales Process. If you have a 'Sales Process' your sales team glance at a few times a year, it has been put in place because it is nice to have a Sales Process. A company's Sales Process should provide structure and guide your sales people on revenue generating activities, and make it a straight forward process for the Sales Manager to communicate with his team on requirements to drive results and develop their skills. This workshop ensures you are successful with the latter.
Course Overview
The first part of the workshop ensures the sales team get an understanding of what a Sales Process is, and how it will assist them in achieving their targets and earn commission.
We then move on for the team to establish what steps of their role they are active in during their working hours. This normally ranges from Lead Generation through to Maintaining Customers.
Once this is complete the team brainstorm the pipeline stages of Opportunity Management so that they are clear on how each prospect or cross selling opportunity is efficiently handled to ensure maximum results
Finally, actions are put together underneath each step and stage of the Sales process, and Stage of the Pipeline, to ensure everybody is clear on what they need to do to generate revenue.
All of their information is cleverly put on to a one page chart that is easy to use and understand.
